Effect of Esomeprazole on Biological Characteristics of Hepatoma Cells by Regulating Protein Kinase B/Forkhead Box O3 Pathway

To explore the effect of esomeprazole on biological characteristics hepatoma cells by regulating protein kinase B/forkhead box O3 pathway. Hepatoma cell lines were cultured and subcultured divided into model group, low dose group high group. The changes proliferation, colony formation apoptosis in each expression levels related proteins pathway detected. Esomeprazole inhibited tumor a time dose-dependent manner difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). With increase drug dose, number liver cancer decreased gradually induced Compared with cyclin-dependent 1, 2, cyclin A2 E2 level apoptotic procaspase-9 groups significantly, while cleaved caspase-9 increased B lower than that forkhead increased; can affect such as proliferation activating pathway, which provides new method for treatment cancer.
